How do you know if you are with the right company?

Do you ever ask yourself, how do ​I know if I'm with the right company?  Yesterday was Keller Williams' annual RED DAY event, where 80,000 + kw agents from a crossed the country reached out in their local communities with the mindset of "give where we live."  In Indiana, we reached out to a Boy's and Girl's Club on the southside of Indianapolis.  The club was huge; it had a natatorium, football and baseball fields, indoor basketball courts (full and two half courts), locker rooms, game rooms, etc.. it was awesome!  However, it had not been updated in some time.. like decades!!
